Return & Refund Policy
Pre-Order Products:
- Pre-Order Product sales are final. Although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, we strictly do not accept cancellations on Pre-Order Products.
- Pre-Order Product returns will not be accepted in the event that the price for the product is reduced after the product release date.
Cancellation Policy:
- All sales are FINAL for all products, including Pre-Orders.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to artifactalleytcg@gmail.com before shipment.
Returns:
- All returns require approval and are decided on a case-by-case basis. Contact artifactalleytcg@gmail.com before returning merchandise.
- Issues with mispacks, misprints, or manufacturing defects must be resolved directly with the Pokémon Company directly.
- Minor imperfections in packaging or shrink wrap do not qualify for refunds/replacements.
- Return requests accepted within 30 days of delivery (except for pre-orders).
- Lost package claims must be made immediately upon notice of delivery.
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless it's our error. No refunds for shipping delays or cosmetic damages.
- Opened items cannot be returned; the only exception is if you record a video of receiving the package before it's opened and open the package on camera without any cuts or edits to the video.
- Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. In the event of the least favorable situation, refunds will be sent three days after the product is returned, delivered, and received back to the warehouse and inspected.
Refunds:
- Subject to a 5% restocking fee for returns and cancellations.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days after the refund confirmation to post back to the original payment method.
