Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 5 business days from the date of purchase (Unless the order includes a pre-order product). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders may not be marked as "Shipped" within 5 days due to when the carrier scans the package.
  • Pre-Order Products: Orders containing Pre-Order Products will be "Shipped" on date of release of the Pre-Order Product, however delays may occur. We ask that you wait at least 2 business days before reaching out about a pre-order product that has not been marked as shipped on the date of release. Please review the Refund Policy regarding Pre-Order Products.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Currently, we only offer standard shipping. This means that your order should be delivered within 3-8 business days. We select different shipping methods through carriers based on the order size, weight, and contents. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for any order totaling 1.5 pounds or less. Any order that exceeds 1.5 pounds will be a flat rate of $10 shipping. We strive to have decent shipping costs on all orders, which means we cover all shipping passed the flat rate on our end in exchange for your continued business with us.
  • Any order totaling $150 or more will qualify for Free Shipping, which means shipping will be covered on our end entirely.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or customs processing for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at ArtifactAlleyTCG@gmail.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. See also our Return Policy page.
